Assessments and Roadmaps
Choose a focused culture and leadership assessment or an integrated review of a defined business challenge. We start with a conversation to agree the question, evidence and scope, then translate findings into practical priorities.

Culture and Leadership Readiness Assessment
Assess the culture and leadership conditions that support the integration of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and Circular Economy. The assessment draws on the Digital Green Lean maturity model developed through doctoral research and is interpreted in the context of your organisation.
The engagement combines the agreed assessment instrument with discussion of its findings. We examine strengths, gaps and tensions, then identify practical priorities for leadership and organisational development.
Outputs: a culture and leadership profile, explanation of findings and limitations, development priorities, and actions with owners and review points.
This assessment focuses on culture and leadership. It does not replace an operational, technical or environmental audit, and it is not a certification.
Discuss an assessmentIntegrated Business Assessment and Roadmap
Review the operational, technological and Circular Economy dimensions of a defined business challenge. We bring together the relevant evidence and expertise to identify opportunities, dependencies and implementation priorities.
The scope may include performance and flow, technology and data readiness, material and resource use, and the culture and leadership conditions needed for change. The areas included are agreed before work begins.
Outputs: a baseline for the agreed scope, prioritised opportunities, information needs, dependencies, business value hypotheses and a roadmap with decision points.

Agree a useful scope
We start with a conversation to define the question, the areas to examine and the evidence available. Scope, deliverables, timing and fees are agreed in a tailored proposal.

What the research model examines
Gatell and Avella’s maturity model sets out five maturity levels and criteria for Digital Green Lean culture and leadership. It helps organisations identify strengths, areas for development and priorities for action in their own context.
Read the published maturity modelPublisher pageA possible assessment engagement
- 1
Agree the scope, sites and decisions the organisation needs to make.
- 2
Gather appropriate evidence and perspectives across leadership and plant teams.
- 3
Discuss the profile and identify capability gaps in context.
- 4
Develop an improvement roadmap and agree how progress will be reviewed.
The exact service protocol and comparison basis will be agreed for each engagement. The published model is the research foundation.
